Psilocybin researcher and neuroscientist Dr Mitchell Head will present at Parliament this week alongside Manu Caddie (taonga species regulatory advisor), Dr Suresh Muthukumaraswamy (Associate Professor, University of Auckland), Zach Cotogni (Blue Honey author) and Dr Jacek Kolodziej (Policy Director, NZ Drug Foundation).

The session is part of the 2023 NZ Drug Foundation Parliamentary Symposium: Addressing Unmet Health Needs and Reducing Drug Harm during a session entitled Psychedelics as new therapeutic interventions and medicines.

The session format includes five minute presentations by each speaker followed by a conversation led by journalist Russell Brown.
